(Anger and Forgiveness)

(Anger and Forgiveness)
“Anger is always a signal from the higher-self that it is time for a Spiritual Checkup. Do you frequently get angry, and afterwards you feel very sorry for having lost your temper. Having such anger is a reflection of your lower-self trying to ruin your day. Regretting is a good start in reigning in your ego with realization of your wrong actions. Once you realize that thinking and acting from the higher-self is blissful, you will soon know that through Divine thoughts you will always be at peace. When at peace your senses are rested thus your words and actions are revered. Continuous anger causes disruption to the energy flow, inviting physical and mental illness. Affirm the “Forgiveness Prayer”, thus connecting your soul  to be in-tune with GOD. Be in the “Oneness” feel each breathe, concentrate and know that you are the power and you are the beauty that lies within you”.
PRAYER
If I have harmed anyone in anyway, either knowingly of unknowingly through my own confusion I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way, either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusion, I forgive them.
For all the ways that I harm myself, ignore, doubt, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusion, I forgive myself.
I follow my path, Sacredly, Secretly and Silently; and those with eyes to see and ears to hear will respond.
