The principle of spiritual living is very basic; it combines meditation with activity. Everywhere people are working and busy but they have forgotten their true purpose. Spirituality cannot be bought in a market place. One must build up the spiritual bank daily. One drop at a time.
Most people who follow a variety of teachings stick to none. Their choices are limited and normally influenced by curiosity and imitation rather than any logical reason to follow. Some spiritual students like to listen to personalities without ever making a effort to simulate those ideas. Don’t become so confused by distraction that they forget your true goal. Some spiritual students are led by curiosity to adopt a particular spiritual path hoping to reach the destination of truth and wisdom but they often become sidetracked by the thrill of trying new ways. Generally we are very interested in finding the spiritual truth but we do not in make the effort to apply the simple principles of our own lives to its realization through self-awareness. It is like going on a diet we tend to try five different diets and with five different ways to fail instead of sticking true to one. The best true spiritual path lies in the constant connection with your higher self and God. Your daily thoughts and feelings should always give you joy and peace; always. A sure proven way is the continuous practice of spiritual yoga and meditation – there are no short cuts on this path.
The secret to your path lies in the stillness and in the wisdom and the spiritual concentration, delving into the depths of silence where you will find the truth. In the vault of the mind lie the chains of bondage and the keys to freedom.Namaste
